Nancy Dubuc
Nancy Dubuc is the executive chair of Togethxr, a new digital platform working to uplift the next generation of women in sports. Dubuc was the former chief executive officer of Vice Media Group, one of the largest independent youth media companies. Since joining in 2018 she directed the expansion and transformation of the company’s global businesses that include Vice Studios, Vice News, a renowned global news division, ViceTV, a creative advertising agency Virtue, a publishing division housed by cultural brands like i-D, Refinery29, Vice News and Vice editorial.
Prior to joining Vice, Dubuc served as president and chief executive officer of A+E Networks, the third in the company’s history after rising in the ranks as a programming executive. She created genre-defining content like Vikings, Hatfields & McCoys, Dance Moms, Alone, American Pickers and Pawn Stars. She also launched A&E Indie Films and A+E Studios, cementing the company’s position as a creator and leader in award-winning documentary film and scripted television. While CEO, A+E Networks became a global powerhouse with an expanded roster of channels and strategic business investments.
A graduate of Boston University, Dubuc received the Distinguished Alumni Award from its College of Communications in 2013. She is also a recipient of the NCTA Vanguard Award for Distinguished Leadership. Dubuc has more than 25 years of media experience, with a proven track record of successfully diversifying revenue through new business models and a distinct ability to build effective leadership teams and financial/operational transformations. Additionally, Dubuc currently serves on the board of directors of Flutter Entertainment PLC, Warner Music Group and WEBTOON Entertainment.
