Mike Kralec

Mike Kralec currently and since 2022 serves as SVP/Chief Technology Officer focused on technology-enabled transformation across Sinclair’s diversified media and operations landscape. Prior to this his role as VP/technical operations and deputy CTO, he was central to launching public-cloud-based media operations and ATSC 3.0 commercialization. From 2014 to 2018 he served as VP/data systems and information technology services advancing enterprise mobility, program/service delivery, data management and security. 

Kralec received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Towson University and his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland. He is a veteran of the United States Navy.
