Bud Williamson is a seasoned broadcast entrepreneur and engineer whose passion for hyperlocal radio has revitalized communities across New York’s Hudson Valley. As Managing Member of Neversink Media Group, Bud has built a network of stations known for their strong local identity, community engagement and profitability—even in an era dominated by national syndication.

With a background in radio engineering, Bud also leads Digital Radio Broadcasting, Inc., where he provides technical consulting and licensing expertise for FM stations, translators, boosters & entire broadcast facilities. His deep understanding of FCC regulations and signal optimization has made him a trusted name in the industry.

Bud is also Chairman of the Society of Broadcast Engineer’s Chapter 15 in New York City, where his leadership team creatively provides meaningful exposure of the broadcast and media industry to college students, resulting in quality employment opportunities for both students and employers.
